TimeTec TA – Overtime Request via Mobile App
Previously we posted an article “Effective overtime approval with TimeTec TA” that explains the steps to setup overtime approval in TimeTec TA.

To request overtime, a user can login to their TimeTec TA account and start applying overtime from the Approval section or Roster section. This topic will cover steps to apply overtime using TimeTec TA mobile app.
To make overtime application and approval more user friendly by tapping on the convenience of smartphone technology.
Step 1 – Login TimeTec mobile apps
Step 2 – At the main menu press this button and select approval
Step 3 – Click add button ( + ) to add a new request
Step 4 – Insert Date, Start and End Time, reason, then click submit
Step 5 – If your administrator sets the overtime, it’ll be approved automatically and the status will be shown in green colour / however if the request is waiting for approval, the status will be in blue colour
Step 6 – Once the request is approved, the user will receive notification and the request status will turn to green.
