How to Edit Unit Owner Name in i-Account

Tuesday, March 22, 2022 TimeTec 0 Comments

Introduction
Occasionally, the management may have to update a unit owner’s name in i-Account due to spelling errors, missing joint owner name, or other reasons. Since the owner profile is structured differently between i-Neighbour and i-Account, the owner name is not auto-synced. Hence, Admins has to edit the name in both systems.

Process
The steps to edit the owner name in i-Account are as below:

1) Go to Sales > Maintenance > Customers to edit the Customer Name.

2) Select the owner’s name using the drop down listing. For instance: A-1-2.

3) Edit the owner’s name inside the Customer Name section.

4) Click the “Update Customer” icon to save the changes.

5) This message will appear once the changes have been saved.

6) Once the changes are updated, the new owner's name will reflect in all the documents below.
