Recently, we have received feedback from Gmail users that the activation/reset email for their iNeighbour account landed in the SPAM/Junk mail. Therefore, they are not able to click the “Activate Now” button or “Reset Password” button.
Recently, we have received feedback from Gmail users that the activation/reset email for their iNeighbour account landed in the SPAM/Junk mail. Therefore, they are not able to click the “Activate Now” button or “Reset Password” button.
In this article, we will show you how to change the email category and at the same time enable the “Activate Now” button or “Reset Password” button.
Process
In this article, we will explain based on these 3 situations:
-For Gmail mobile app users
-For Gmail Web users
-For Gmail users using Outlook
A - For Gmail mobile app users
1. Open Gmail app, then press the 3 line icon
2. Select Spam
8. Now, all buttons will be enabled and you can click to proceed with the activation process or to reset password.
8. Now the button “Activate Now” or “Reset Password” will be enabled and you can click to proceed with the activation or reset password
3. Once the email has been moved to Inbox, you’ll be able to click on the button to activate or reset the password.
