iNeighbour Activation / Reset Password Email Landed in SPAM/Junk (Temporary solution for Gmail account)

Introduction
Recently, we have received feedback from Gmail users that the activation/reset email for their iNeighbour account landed in the SPAM/Junk mail. Therefore, they are not able to click the “Activate Now” button or “Reset Password” button.

In this article, we will show you how to change the email category and at the same time enable the “Activate Now” button or “Reset Password” button.

Process
In this article, we will explain based on these 3 situations:
    -For Gmail mobile app users
    -For Gmail Web users
    -For Gmail users using Outlook

A - For Gmail mobile app users
1. Open Gmail app, then press the 3 line icon

2. Select Spam

3. You will find the email from iNeighbour here. Tap on the email subject to open

4. Next, tap on the 3 dot icon

5. Select “Report not spam”

6. Once you’ve done this, the email will be moved into Inbox

7. Open you Inbox and tap on the email subject to open the email

8. Now, all buttons will be enabled and you can click to proceed with the activation process or to reset password.


B - For Gmail Web users 
1. Open Gmail and click at Spam

2. Click at the email subject to open the email

3. Click at the 3 dots icon

4. Select “Report not phishing”

5. Click “Report Not Phishing Message”



6.Once done, the email will be moved to Inbox

7. Open your Inbox and click at the email subject to open the email

8. Now the button “Activate Now” or “Reset Password” will be enabled and you can click to proceed with the activation or reset password

C - For Gmail users using Outlook
1. Click at Spam and click at the email subject to read the email

2. Right click at this message and select “Move to Inbox”

3. Once the email has been moved to Inbox, you’ll be able to click on the button to activate or reset the password.
