Introduction
TimeTec VMS keeps the proper track of your visitor. It keeps all visitor’s details in the system, including their reason for visiting the office and their host information. All of these data are kept saved in the visitor management system. As a result, you can easily access your visitor’s information whenever it is required. By using TimeTec VMS, you can blacklist intruders and restrict all future attempts to enter the premises. This can help you to quickly identify and ensure the blacklisted visitors are banned from entering your premises again. This article will guide you to enable the blacklisting feature in TimeTec VMS.
Process
1. Log into TimeTec VMS, go to Visitors
2. Hove over the Active Visitors tab, double click on any visitor’s name that you’re intending to blacklist.
3. A pop-up window containing the visitor’s information will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the window and click on Blacklist.
4. Insert the reason to blacklist, then click on Blacklist > click Yes to confirm.
5. You may go to Visitors > Blacklisted Visitors tab to view the list. If you decided to undo the blacklist, click on the Edit button of the visitor you wish to whitelist.
6. Click on the Whitelist > click Yes to confirm.
7. During registration, an error message as shown below will be prompted when you insert the ID of a blacklisted visitor. This will not allow any further proceeding to the registration process.

Introduction
EpiCamera’s cloud-based system eases the setup towards numbers of compatible IP cameras and/or webcams for storing the data online.
Linked Epicamera system with TimeTec Access helps to enhance the security of an Office/Building area with its cloud surveillance system. By installing IP Cameras at the perimeters of an Office area, all guard houses and common areas will capture all suspicious identities so as to be used as solid evidence in the case of a break-in, vandalism, etc.
Process
Step 1 - Sign up for an EpiCamera account and add a camera.

Step 2 – On TimeTec Access, login to your EpiCamera account in System Settings > EpiCamera Account. Insert your EpiCamera's username and password.
Step 3 - Add cameras at
Access Point >
Manage Access Point > select
added Door > click on the
Edit button
Step 4 - Select the cameras and add them into the camera listing. Then click the Save button.
Step 5 – After cameras have been successfully added, you will be able to view them by going to
Monitoring >
Live Camera View > select
Location/Branches to view EpiCamera.

Ingress is an integrated access control management application that is the complete solution for centralizing, managing, and monitoring door activity in FingerTec access control devices. To enhance security, users can log in using fingerprint verification instead of username and password. This is possible with the OFIS or OFIS-Y scanners via the steps below:
1) You can enroll the fingerprint at System Settings > User Account > Select the user name to add fingerprint > Click Register at FP Template1.
2) Place your finger according to the highlighted image (as below) 4 times and click on OK to save.
3) Done will be shown next to FP Template1 after sucessfully registering the fingerprint. You can click Register at FP Template2 to enroll another fingerprint, or click OK if you are done.
4) Voila! Now you can click at the icon shown below when logging into Ingress for access via fingerprint.
