TimeTec TA Memo and Greeting Feature

Introduction
A memo is a brief message that a company uses to communicate specific issues like the amendment of the company policy or to announce a meeting. The text in a memo should be concise. 

TimeTec TA provides a Memo feature that a company can use to communicate with the staff. On TimeTec TA, the company can set the date and time to send the memos to the intended recipients as pleased.  

To enable the TimeTec TA notification feature, you will need to turn on the “Announcement” feature in the notification setting.

Process
Go to Company > Notification > Announcement > Enable

Greeting
The company can personalize birthday greetings, anniversary greetings or welcome messages to the employees in TimeTec TA. You just need to enable the greeting option.




Memo
Web: 
Set the date and time for the system to send the memo to all users in this section.



Application:
To write a memo in the App, go to Menu > Notification.


Select the user or division > Write the memo to the user and click Submit.



Note: Please be informed that the attachment section is only available in memo via app only.
