TimeTec Hire: Roles in Job Posting
Introducing TimeTec Hire, a talent recruitment solution complete with applicant tracking system. This latest solution by TimeTec is designed for companies to manage their own recruitment process, streamlining hiring workflow and automatically screening for qualified applicants. Every job posting in TimeTec Hire requires a few key persons to be in charge in managing the job post and all its applicants: Hiring Manager, Recruiter and Coordinator.
Hiring Manager: Individual with this role will have full access to the system and able to manage specific job post.
Recruiter: Individual with this role will be able to handle hiring process for the specific job post: manage job post, move applicants to different status, and select coordinators. Maximum 5 recruiters can be appointed per job post.
Coordinator: Individual with this role is responsible to evaluate and assess Questionnaire and Interview Scorecard for specific job post. Maximum 5 coordinators can be appointed per questionnaire/interview scorecard.
The table below displays the job responsibilities for each role.
Once you have identified individuals for the roles above, assign them to a dedicated Job Post and the appointed individuals will receive email notifications on the progress of the job post. Please note that Hiring Manager and Recruiter CANNOT be the same person.
