How to use the Discussion Feature in i-Neighbour
IntroductionThis is one of the useful features in i-Neighbour which allows admin to create a group discussion with selected residents. This feature is similar with the group discussion tool we have on other social media platforms (e.g. Whatsapps). However, this discussion feature is an exclusion made only available to i-Neighbour users in the i-Neighbour application. The admin gets to choose whoever will be and should be in the group.
1. Management > Discussion
2. Click “+Add New”
3. Admin can select a maximum of up to 50 recipients and click Next to proceed.
Note: The owner can only create a one-on-one discussion with the management.
4. Name the subject and input message for further discussion. Click Submit to proceed.
5. The admin can now begin a discussion with the residents.
