For invited visitors or pre-registered visitors who have submitted their registration form, their records will be available in TimeTec VMS under the expected arrival list. These records are the reference point for the host or the front desk officer to manage those visitors upon arrival.
This article explains how a receptionist or security personnel handle the pre-registered visitors.

A. Check-In Visitor from TimeTec VMS Web
1. In the TimeTec VMS dashboard, click on the Checked-In and Checked-Out tabs to hide these categories from the list and show Expected Arrival visitors only.

2. To search the visitors' names, click on the Search button and key in their names. To check-in visitors, click on the Check-In icon.

3. Verify visitor’s information and click on Check-In to proceed.

8. Select Visitor’s QR Code to scan the QR code from the visitation ticket.

9. Place the QR code at the tablet's back so the tablet can scan the QR code. Then proceed to verify the visitor's details and check-in following the above steps.
